Sausage Biscuits

2 pkgs flaky biscuits (divided in thirds)
1 lb. browned pork sausage
4 eggs
1/4 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
2 cup cottage cheese

Mix eggs and cheeses, place biscuits in mini muffin tins. Place small amount of sausage in each biscuit. Cover with egg mixture and bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes or until brown and set. May be frozen, but texture suffers. Makes 48-50. Recipe may be halved.
