Ingredients:
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 Tbs. of olive oil
1/3 cup of white wine (dry)
1/2 cup dried tomatoes, snipped
1 8-oz. package of cream cheese, softened (it is worth it to use the real kind)
1/3 cup chopped basil
3 Tbs. grated Parmesan (fresh!)
baguette and fresh basil
Preparation:
Cook garlic in oil in skillet until light brown. Add wine and dried tomatoes. Cook uncovered over low heat for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Let cool for 10 minutes. Drain excess liquid.
Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, snipped basil and parmesan cheese in food processor. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve with baguette and garnish with fresh basil. Make ahead and cover. Refrigerate for 4-24 hours. Let sit at room temperature for 1/2 hour before serving. Enjoy!
