Ingredients:
4 lbs. chicken wings
1/2 cup butter
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbs. chopped parsley
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Cut tips from wings and discard. Cut wings in half at joint making two pieces.
3. Melt butter. Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Dip wings in butter then cheese mixture and arrange in shallow baking dish on foil. Drizzle with remaining butter and bake in 350°F oven for about 1 hour. Can be done day before and reheated
