What the Wine Critics Thought: Wine Spectator 90 Points
Broad-shouldered, with loam, sage, tobacco and currant flavors backed by a solid tannin structure. Dark and fleshy on the finish. Drink now through 2009. Smart Buy. —J.M.

What We Thought: Plenty of classic Cabernet style here ... cedar and cassis dominate the nose, and the palate is rich, ripe and full-bodied with gobs of blackberry fruit, notes of dark chocolate and solid tannins. Very good stuff — and it's going to get better.
