Ripe and focused, with a beam of cherry and savory flavors that are nicely shaded by hints of allspice and white pepper as the finish lingers against a gentle grip of tannins. Drink now through 2015. –HS.

What We Thought: Eating blackberries in a cedar closet is the best way to describe this oaky, ripe Barossa Cab…the dense, full-bodied palate is just filled with velvety dark fruit and very supple tannins. Really good stuff!
