What We Thought: This classic Napa Cab has a cedary, cigar box nose and generous, full-bodied palate that has plenty of blackberry and black currant fruit underlaid with some firm tannins that promise improvement in the cellar. This is a serious "Steakhouse Wine"... just give it 30 minutes in the decanter before you put the steaks on.
