What the Wine Critics thought: Wine Spectator 90 Points - Spectator Selection 5/31/2004
A blend of 54% Shiraz, 29% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. A seductive style: polished in texture, lively with beautifully focused blackberry and currant flavors, shaded with touches of cedar and spice, lingering nicely. Drink now through 2008.

What We Thought: Godzilla returns! This tooth staining monster tastes as dense as its dark garnet color. Hugely aromatic, it opens with a Cabernet-like nose of cedar and cassis tinged with pepper and spice from the Shiraz. The palate is rich, full-bodied and filled with dark, blackberry fruit that manages intensity without being too jammy.
