What We Thought: The Australian's continue to make a statement with dry Riesling...and this bracingly dry wine is no exception. Dryer than Death Valley at high noon in August. First this Riesling has a nose filled with pinapple and apricot scents followed by a palate dominated by lemon and hints of pineapple, green apple and petrol. Did I mention that it's dry...?
