Serves 2 Ingredients:2 boneless skinless chicken breasts Preparation:Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sauté in olive oil for 5 minutes on one side then turn and continue for about 6 more minutes. Add additional ingredients and cook for an additional minute. Drizzle the balsamic mixture over the pasta of your choice over and serve with a nice Chianti, like the Monsanto. This would also work well with pork, salmon or scallops. October 10, 2007 |
