Salmon with Mustard and Brown Sugar Glaze
Linda found this recipe on line last week. Not only is it delicious, it is the mother of simplicity. We served this with green beans and Pinot Noir
4 6- 8-ounce skinless salmon fillets
Boil wine, butter and Old Bay in a small saucepan until the butter melts. Season the fillets with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish, pour the wine mixture over the fish and bake at 375 degrees until the fish is opaque in the center, about 15 minutes.
Preheat your broiler. Mix the mustard and brown sugar together in a small bowl, then spread it over the salmon to cover. Broil until topping is brown and bubbling, about 3 minutes, and serve.
