Baked Chicken Wings

Serves 24

Ingredients:
4 pounds chicken wings
1/2 cup butter
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Cut tips from wings and discard. Cut wings in half at joint making two pieces.
3. Melt butter. Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Dip wings in butter then cheese mixture and arrange in shallow baking dish on foil. Drizzle with remaining butter and bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.

Can be done day before and reheated.
