There is a hint of spice in this medium to full-bodied, fruity, pure, clean, refreshing white. It should be flexible with an assortment of seafood dishes. Good mouthfeel, no bitterness on the finish, and a 14.5 percent alcohol content make the Grayson Cellars Chardonnay a winner. Now if they'd just do something about that label....
